Pair of Pro Truck top-5 finishes for BLR at Mobile
The Bryson Lopez Racing team traveled to Mobile International Speedway in Irvington, Alabama, over the weekend to field a two-vehicle effort in the track’s Pro Truck class.
In qualifying at the 5/8-mile oval, Zach Lopez turned in the second-quickest time in his No. 18 Atlanta Paving & Concrete Construction Chevrolet, while teammate Dustin Bryson qualified fifth in his No. 47 Chevy. However, Grant Thompson replaced Bryson in the 30-lap feature and started from the rear of the field.
Thompson marched to a third-place result and Lopez finished fifth. Treyce Capers and Okie Mason claimed the first two finishing positions and Maddox Langham came home fourth.
