Pair of top-10 finishes for BLR at Anderson
In front of a packed house at Anderson Motor Speedway on Saturday, Bryson Lopez Racing (BLR) turned in two top-10 results in the Pro Late Model portion of the zMAX CARS Tour Bennett Equipment 225.
Tyler Reif piloted BLR’s No. 47 Atlanta Paving & Concrete Construction Chevrolet SS at the 0.375-mile track in Williamston, South Carolina. He qualified second in the 17-car field and remained in the top five throughout the 100-lap, $4,000-to-win feature. He ultimately finished fifth behind Luke Baldwin, Isaac Kitzmiller, Seth Christensen and Ben Maier.
Meanwhile, Brandon Lopez started from the sixth position in his No. 6 LeeBoy Chevrolet SS from the BLR stable. He also turned in a solid evening and came home in seventh position.
Lopez currently sits second in the CARS Tour Pro Late Model standings, 32 markers behind Maier. Reif is 10th in points despite not competing in all the events.
